Situated in the tranquil Kurfürstenstrasse, this project is at the heart of Potsdam, not far from the charming Dutch Quarter. The plan for the newly-constructed building was based on the classic modernist style, and consists of a front house with spacious penthouses and a second building harmoniously joined to it on the east side. The project was sold after planning permission was successfully granted.
