Natulis and the Pankow Urban Planning Office are delighted to announce the signing of an implementation agreement for a new neighborhood in the Blankenburg district, based on Berlin’s Model of cooperative building land development. Over the next four years, the residential project will be a significant milestone for urban development in Berlin-Blankenburg, catering to those who value a local community as much as urban proximity and good connections to central Berlin districts.
In addition to the 116 terraced and semi-detached houses, the project will feature public areas such as a community center and extensive green spaces. The existing birch forest will be preserved, and a path will be created for the public to experience it as an oasis of calm. Furthermore, the planned construction of a public playground will provide a space for fun and recreation for children. A footpath across the central neighborhood square will establish a network for the leisure use of public and semi-public areas. The local infrastructure, including school and daycare facilities, will be expanded to meet the growing demand.
